My family and I were visiting this beautiful country during the Christmas break and decided to patronize this business after 1 am in the morning before heading south. The airline did not serve any dinner and other food places were closed. To our surprise the line was very long as many locals also waited for a late night snack. There were roughly 8 people on staff at this time, music was blasting and suddenly the line seized. After 20 minutes a customer asked what was happening and none of the staff replied. We later learnt that the only cashier on duty was in the rest room. After about 35 minutes of waiting and pleading for service I could not take it anymore, asked to speak to someone in charge, received attitude only...while others waited, I left the line...the images of workers sitting with their backs turned to the line of customers, chatter about grumbling customers and out right blatant "doh care dam" attitude was enough to get me angry about what my country people are now settling for! Worst customer service ever and how leadership can allow this is madness!
